Original post from the Minneapolis Egotist (thank you):
Olson (in Minneapolis) recently launched their first campaign for the Texas-based Baylor College of Medicine which features the photography of Nadav Kander, who is well known for his work on Nike, GQ, Puma, and more. The campaign, which includes print, digital and broadcast (directed by Stuart Parr) avoids the typical testimonial approach used by healthcare marketers in favor of focusing on the curiosity, collaboration, innovation, and entrepreneurship that have made Baylor College of Medicine a top education institution and research institution. In fact, the college played a pioneering role in the human-genome project. Baylor College of Medicine hired Olson last September following a nationwide search for its first agency of record. This is the first major advertising in the organization’s 70-year history.
Great work. But, the bigger issue for all of us is were there any Houston based agencies in this pitch? If not, why?
